This is a genuine starter assem which is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer for use with Honda engines commonly installed on lawn and garden equipment. It allows a user to pull-start the engine, over time any parts may wear out and begin to fail eventually requiring a replacement. This is a complete assembly which includes the durable plastic housing, the starter Pulley, the starter spring, and the pull rope with the grip, please note the hardware to secure this assembly is sold separately.
