This part is an OEM from Honda for use with Generators, Tillers, Engines, and Water Pumps. The governor spring applies tension to the throttle to control engine speed. The most common reason for replacing the governor spring is if the engine won't run smoothly. This part is sold individually. The tools that you will need to replace the governor spring is a 5/16 inch socket or nut driver.
