The carburetor gasket fits between the carburetor insulator and the carburetor. This part is priced individually and keep in mind that two may be needed. It is made of a thin flexible material and can break easily and will need to be replaced. A screwdriver, socket set, and wrench set all may be needed during the replacement of this item. It is a genuine OEM sourced part which is specially designed for use with Honda small engines.

Replace Float and Needle

Generator would start and shut off, build up in carburetor

1. Removed battery from generator
2. Removed air filter cover and Carb covers
3. Removed fuel lines from carburetor and idler springs
4. Unbolted carburetor and removed from intake housing
5. Cleaned parts in sea foam and installed new gaskets and reassembled carburetor.
6. Reinstalled carburetor, springs, fu rl lines and covers
7. Removed tools and reinstalled battery
8. Generator started right up and let run for 30 minutes under full load.
