This is a genuine manufacturer-approved replacement carburetor assembly which is used on Honda engines commonly installed on lawn and garden equipment. The purpose of this part is to mix the air and the gas before the combustible mix goes to the engine. If the engine won\\\'t start and the tank is full of fresh fuel or if the engine starts and then quickly dies, the carburetor is likely the problem. Please note this high-quality metal body component is sold individually, it is advised to replace gaskets as well to ensure the proper seal.
