This genuine OEM sourced replacement carburetor assembly is specially designed for use with Honda engines commonly installed on lawn and garden equipment. The purpose of a carburetor is to mix the air and the gas before the combustible mix goes to the engine. If the engine won\\\'t start and the tank is full of fresh fuel, or if the engine starts and then quickly dies, the carburetor is likely the problem. When replacing carburetor it is advised that you also replace carburetor gaskets to ensure the proper air-tight seal for optimum performance.
