Inferior packaging, broken parts
Afternoon,
Just received my above order and am quite displeased with this transaction. Not only did the order take a very long time, but upon opening the package, both items are damaged. This is probably due to the inferior shipping package they were sent in. I need undamaged parts to repair my gear and now I am stuck with broken parts. I submitted pics and an email to their info site and still no response.
