This is a genuine OEM sourced component which is specially designed for Honda engines commonly installed on lawn and garden equipment. By pressing on the purge bulb, it will force fuel into the line from the fuel tank into the carburetor. Once the carburetor is full of fuel, the excess will be purged back into the tank through the return line. Unfortunately, over time the primer may wear out or get damaged eventually requiring a replacement to maintain peak performance.
