This is an authentic OEM sourced replacement piston ring set which is specially designed for Honda engines commonly installed on lawn and garden equipment. A worn or a broken piston ring will allow gasses to escape the seal and enter the crankcase. This would cause low compression and a loss of power. If compression is reduced significantly, the engine will not run at all. Please note this high-quality metal ring set is sold individually. Make sure to refer to the appropriate diagrams of your model for the correct location and application of thees parts.
