Had to unscrew mounting bolt out of the engine and then used Vise Grip to hold bolt to undo the nut that held the starter coil/gas tank to gether. Read more here are three bolts in a triangular pattern to hold the gas tank and rope coil onto the mower. Must have got one of the two parts out of alignment when reassembly after replacing a Governor return spring on Honda HRX 217 mower. It caused the nut to grip tighter than normal unscrewing the bolt out of then engine. Got my bolt from E replacement fast and was an OEM Honda part that worked perfect. Had the mower tank off and replaced the part and mower running in no time.
