1.Disassemble the Honda GX31 engine.
2. Identify worn parts
3. Hone cylinder bore.
4. Replaced piston, rings, piston pin.
5. Replaced oil seals
6. Reassembled engine.
7. Allowed rtv sealant to cure for 24 hours that sealed engine block.
8. Added engine oil and started engine.

I had to dissemble the engine the shroud and all the parts ( teardown) . I\'m not a professional mechanic and this was a learning \"lesson\".
