This replacement part is an authentic Honda bolt which is supplied from original manufacturer for use with small engines. The purpose of this pivot bolt is to secure the rocker arm which is a pivoted lever designed to transfer cam or push-rod motion to a valve stem. This bolt is sold individually. Replacing it would require a wrench to install or remove.
