This is an authentic OEM sourced replacement rewind-starter which is specially designed for Briggs and Stratton engines commonly installed on Toro lawn and garden equipment. It is the mechanism which allows a user to pull-start the engine, over time components may begin to wear out and fail eventually requiring a replacement. This is a complete assembly which is sold individually, it includes the durable plastic housing, the starter pulley, the starter spring, and the pull rope with the grip, please note the hardware to secure it is sold separately.
