Product Description

?

This is a genuine OEM sourced part which is specially designed for use with Briggs and Stratton engines commonly installed on a variety of lawn and garden equipment. It provides an identical replacement for a missing or a damaged component that was installed on a new unit. The hose-vacuum is allowing air into the system. If it is cracked or damaged, your engine could start running erratically or not at all. To ensure the correct installation of the new part, refer to the diagrams of your model. Keep in mind this high-quality hose-vacuum is made of a durable rubber and is sold individually. You will need a screwdriver and a wrench set to remove and reattach the fuel pump when performing this repair.

Hardest part was removing the tins to get to the engine. Time about 30 min.
1) remove fuel pump from right side head
2) remove old vacuum tube from valve cover
3) Install new hose in valve cover
4) reconnect fuel pump in new tube and attach to head Time under 5 min.
Reinstall tins and go out and mow. About a nother 30 min to install tins.

Actual repair was very easy, access to the pump was very time consuming.
