This is a genuine Briggs and Stratton part for use with Engine, Lawn Mowers, Snow Blowers, Leaf Blowers / Vacuums, Tillers, Generators, Lawn Tractors, and Chipper Shredders. The recoil starter ratchet clutch attaches to the starter reel and provides tension against the ratchet when starter rope is being pulled.
