This is an OEM part directly sourced from the manufacturer for use in Briggs & Stratton engines and Toro lawn mowers. The governor blade attaches to the screw and is made of plastic. During the installation process, a socket set and a nutdriver might be needed to replace this part. It may become broken and will need to be replaced. This item is available as an individual replacement part.
