It is an authentic pulley and spring assembly that is sourced from original equipment manufacturer specially for Briggs and Stratton engines. These are the key components of the pull-start recoil mechanism that allows user to start the engine. This assembly includes the durable plastic pulley and the metal recoil spring, please note the other parts like the housing, pull rope and the grip are all sold separately. To replace this assembly you will need a screwdriver set to remove the housing cover.
