Pliers, Screw drivers, Socket set, Wrench (Adjustable), Wrench set
Parts Used:
844540
1. Completely dissembled engine
2. Removed damaged piston and rod
3. Installed new piston and rod
4. installed new head
5. Reassembled engine
6. Reattached engine to generator
7. Remounted assembly on generator chassis
8. Adjusted governor to correct rpm
9. Chased out faulty wiring on engine harness that kept engine from shutting off
10. Success! Generator works perfectly again :)

This was a pretty complicated job with many, many steps. I used (extensively) a factory shop repair manual which was very helpful and informative.
