This is a genuine replacement part sourced from the original manufacturer for use with lawn tractor engines. The special muffler is commonly used to reduce emissions produced by the engine. Over time the muffler can wear out or become damaged and replacing the muffler is a relatively easy repair. A socket wrench and pliers may be required to complete the repair. This muffler assembly includes the exhaust elbow, gaskets, and hardware. These muffler kits are sold individually.
