This is a replacement part sourced directly from the manufacturer for Briggs and Stratton engines. The fuel cap is used to cover the opening of the Engine/lawn mower fuel tank and prevent fuel from spilling out. To install the fuel cap, simply twist the cap into place on the fuel tank. This part is made of plastic and is sold individually.
