This is an original Briggs & Stratton replacement part manufactured for use with small engines. The intake gasket is used to form a seal at the connection between the carburetor and the carburetor spacer. It is recommended to replace gaskets when servicing the engine to ensure proper seals when reinstalling the carburetor. This gasket is sold as an individual replacement part.
