This 1/4-inch?20 UNC hex-head screw is 1 inch long. It secures a part on select small gasoline engines, but its exact location can change by model. Use the full engine model, type, and code numbers to guarantee the proper fit and placement. Turn off the engine, let it cool, and disconnect the spark plug before service. Check the mounting hole and nearby parts for damage. Tighten the screw to the setting listed in the engine manual.
