After a 4 week wait I got the wrong parts

I got a throttle shaft seal that would work. However there are apparently two styles of throttle plate. I was sent the one not matching the throttle shaft sent. I had to modify the old throttle plate and get additional parts at local hardware. Was finally able to cobble together what I needed. Mower works fine but very frustrating.
