It was a muffler!
There is nothing of note regarding the part itself; like describing a screw purchased at HD - it was what it was; at least it was not damaged! I have enough experience that I had the leaf blower engine prepared to receive the part. The muffler fit as expected. I am not a person that needs overnight delivery; one week was within a reasonable time frame. I am not discouraged by the delivery and fitting of the muffler through eReplace and will likely consider future purchases as long as the price is not outrageous. For example, I was looking for a carburetor. eReplace was $250 whereas Amazon was $35 for the exact same part. eReplace did not make that sale.

2. Placed gasket on the new muffler.
3. Bolted new muffler into place.
