This is an original part from Briggs and Stratton and Toro for use with lawn and garden equipment engines. The welch plug seals an unused opening in the carburetor or engine case. This part is sold individually. The tool that you will need to replace the welch plug is a hammer. Wait until the engine is cool to the touch and disconnect the spark plug wire before installing this part.
