Leaf vacuum pull ratchet system on crankshaft failed and chewed up the pull rope pulley

Ordered the additional parts needed after taking the old pulley out.
Installed new spring ratchet and adapter and installed spring
Wound the spring tight and secured in place with trigger clamps to hold temporarily
Installed new pull rope and removed the clamps allowing the pull rope to retract slowly
Reinstalled on the engine

1. Removed the housing with the starter pulley.
2. Installed the new pulley, the rope and the hardware.
3. Replaced the dip stick seal.
