This is an original part from Briggs and Stratton for use with Lawn and Garden Equipment Engines. The gasket-air cleaner forms a seal between the air filter base and the carburetor. The most common reason for replacing the air cleaner gasket is if it is damaged, clogged, or missing, causing the engine to not start. This part is sold individually. The tools that you will need to replace the air cleaner gasket is a 5/16" socket or nut driver and a Phillips head screwdriver.
