I disassembled the engine. made a list of parts. I looked up the torque values online and using the new parts reassembled the engine. It fired right off and ran smooth. The parts I received from Replacement parts fit perfectly and the price was right. They were delivered in a timely manner.

Completely disassembled engine. Cleaned block. Honed cylinders. Disassembled heads cleaned all carbon from combustion chambers and runners. Cleaned carbon from valves. Cleaned carbon from pisron tops. Installed new connecting rod. Installed new piston rings. Installed new valve seals. Installed all new gaskets and seals. Reassembled engin e. Started engine and broke in piston rings.

Number one connecting rod snapped and number two rod got ruened from one one rod not being there and the motor was still being used with a broken rod

Took motor completely apart cleaned up the motor and blew out all the areas to make sure that there was no peaces of aluminum in it took the crankshaft and emery cloth and cleaned the gernal to get all the aluminum off it so I could make sure that there was no major damage to it which I got lucky on that part so I emery cloth it more to m ake it smooth like it should be wire brushed it to get all the old gaskets off and honed the cylinders reassembled it with new gaskets and seals motor ran great easy fix
