For convenience a Chuck Key Holder part number 48-66-4040 can be ordered. It is attached to the power cord then the Chuck Key is attached to it.

It went good but for anybody trying to do this you must first remove all the handle screws and from both handles 6 screws total then it just slides out I was not aware of this and could not find any info online I have two of these drills and the same thing happened on both drills.Hope this can help someone in the future

Old had used it for 30 to 35 years drilled 1000+ holes in wood cement and steal best drill I\'ve have I wore it out=ƒÿ¡ it just died one day

Took tool apart to see what it needed. It was not bad to take apart, you must have patience a lot of small parts .My drill had a lot of grease ,dirt, dust inside.The only thing is to make sure you take old grease out replace with new parts all fell into place, it\'s like brand new now hopefully I will get another 30 years thank you E Repl acement Parts this repair made my day didn\'t want to buy a new one love love this one
