?This part is made by original manufacturer. It is produced for various Milwaukee handheld power tools including drills. This rubber part allows for strong yet flexible protection against strain on the connection between tool and power cord. Damaged cords should be replaced, a repair that can very easily be done while replacing the cord protector. Please note that replacement cords are sold separately. One (1) cord protector/guard is included. • Unplug machine • Remove outer casing • Detach wires from tool • Slide cord protector onto cord • Reattach wires and casing • Test power tool

2-Remove wires from switch....you have to take a wire and push where the wire goes to release the power wires from the switch.
3- I had to solder the new wires so that they could be inserted into the switch terminals.
