Disassembled drill. take a lot of pictures. note wiring routing.
Removed old wind assembly.
Cleaned all parts.
Installed new windings routing all wires according to pictures.
cleaned armature with emery cloth.
Reinstalled brush assemblies. they were still in good condition.
