Need help finding your model number?This genuine OEM sourced replacement part is designed for Milwaukee power tools. The armature is the main portion of an electric motor. You'll need to replace the armature if you notice smoke or sparks coming from the vents on the back of the motor. If this happens, you've probably overloaded your armature at some point, which caused the insulation to break down. Due to constant contact with carbon brushes armature will eventually wear out and would need to be replaced. It is highly recommended to replace both carbon brushes when replacing an armature. This high-quality part is sold individually.
