Pulled brushes to the side and secured
Removed front housing/armature assm.
Removed armature from housing
Removed rear bearing form armature.
Reverse of the disassembly,
Make sure brushes are still pulled out before inserting armature.
the Armature tip was ground down and not making contact with the sprocket

2. separated the covers form the drill
3. took off the brushes
4. pulled off the Armature from the drill
5. installed new Armature in drill
6. put brushed back on
