Received a new chuck key and plastic holder from ereplacementparts.com and then simply installed the plastic chuck key to the electrical cord, and then inserted the new key. Works great.
Remove the handle/switch cover and replace the original cord guard and connect to the switch assembly. Very easy repair. I thought the switch was bad, but it was ok. I am a retired accountant and I had no problems.
