Product Description

?

This is an authentic manufacturer approved replacement switch used on DeWALT electric drills. It is an important part of a tool because it allows user to turn it on or off as well as adjust variable speed function of a drill. Since switches have moving mechanical parts, they will eventually wear out requiring replacement. Includes one (1) plastic switch and five (5) lead wires. This is a simple repair job that should only require a screwdriver. • Remove screws used to hold two pieces of housing set together • Disconnect wires from the old switch and remove it from the housing • Place the new switch in the housing and connect wires to it • Reassemble the housing

The switch kit has instructions on how to install it. Be VERY careful when attaching the wires to the new switch. The attachment points are soft and bend VERY EASILY.
