1) Removed screws in handle of Electric Drill, popped off handle half
2) Carefully removed wire ends form trigger switch
3) Unscrewed ground wire from grounding lug
5) Inserted new wire ends into trigger switch
6) Screwed grounding wire to grounding lug
7) Re-positioned handle half and installed screws in han dle of Electric Drill
8) Super Easy Fix !!
