1. Removed handle end cover and trigger.
2. Removed contact strips and brush ring.
3. Replaced with new parts ordered and reassembled.

1. Removed motor assembly.
2. Removed rear housing to gain access to brushes.
3. Removed brushes.
4. Removed broken brush ring and cleaned housing.
5. Installed new brush ring.
6. Installed motor assembly ensuring proper alignment and fit. Securely tighten all screws.
7. Installed brushes into ne w brush ring.
8. Installed rear housing.
9. Tested grinder. It worked on the first trigger pull :)
