This is an authentic OEM sourced replacement recoil starter which is specially designed for use with Southland earth augers. It is the mechanism which allows a user to pull-start the engine. It os a complete set which is sold individually, it includes the durable plastic housing, the starter pulley, the starter spring, and the pull rope with the grip, please note the hardware to secure it is sold separately.
