?This is a genuine replacement part manufactured for use with lawn edgers. The starter assembly is a complete recoil starter including the pulley, rope, handle, ratchets, guide pan, and springs. Components of the starter assembly can wear out from normal use or fall out of line with each other. It can save time by replacing the whole assembly rather than rebuilding it. This starter assembly is sold as an individual replacement part.
