1. Use allen and adjustable wrench\'s to loosen nut that holds blade on.
2. Remove nut and washer.
3. Remove old blade.
4. Install new blade.
5. Install washer and nut...tighten nut.
I also use a 8\" twisted wire wheel, to edge along asphalt driveways with...works very good.
Plus have used 2 blad
... Read morees, with a washer between the 2 blades...looks like an \"X\". Gives a wider cut and makes edging last longer.
Very, very easy to install.
