This foam filter is a high quality item designed for Black and Decker wet and dry hand vacuums. It is a genuine item that is sourced directly from original equipment manufacturer. Its purpose is to remove dust and other contaminants from the air that goes into the engine. One foam filter is included per order. To replace this filter no tools would be needed. Simply remove the cover and replace the filter element.
