1. Remove chuck from broken gear assembly by extracting left hand screw with flathead screwdriver.
2. Clamped hex wrench in chuck.
3. Secured other end of hex wrench in vise and removed broken gear assembly from chuck.
4. Removed drill casing screws to separate the halves.

6. Install new assembly.
7. Reverse order to reassemble.
