Pull c clip off end of drive. Disassembled chuck don\'t loose spring, washer, and small ball. Remove 4 Phillips screws. Remove damaged parts and replace. Took like 10 minutes and $30 in parts. Like new impact now.
Removed screws and split the cases. Cleaned , regreased, reassembled with new parts.
