Missing/lost turret screw/nut, weak spring, knobs had radial play.

1. Installed turret screw and lock nut.
2. Removed lock lever, removed old spring and replaced with new spring, reinstalled lock lever.
3. Warmed knobs with heat gun, installed and tightened while warm to prevent cracking.
