Perfect replacement
I suspected this part when the drill just died and sure enough, replacing it makes the drill like new again. It had been getting a little wobbly in speed control, then just quit. When removing the bad switch, you'll need to lift the reversing mechanism slightly to get the switch off. Also be aware that the main spade lug connections have tabs to keep them from slipping off. You'll need to slightly pry them upwards to get the lugs off the tabs on the switch. The electronic plug just pulls off. It's a snap to do this replacement, just be slow and easy as you take the drill apart. Awesome to be able to easily obtain the part and get my drill running again.

Removed the battery from the drill.
I removed 9 #1 Phillips screws from the outer case.
Pulled the outer cover off.
Located the switch.
Removed the wires to the switch.
Cleaned out all of the debris from the drill.
Put the new switch in place after connecting the wires.

Put the battery in and tested it. Worked great!
Will definitely be using ereplacementparts.com again! I have a Ridgid compound miter saw that needs some attention next.
1. Took apart.
2. Removed the broken switch.
3. Installed the new one.
4. Reassembled and tested.
