Great customer support. I told them the problem over the phone and I open the tool, then found the holder is cracked due to use it many years. The holder was arrived very quickly and solder it. The impact wrench is working again. I ordered the new battery does not fix this problem before I contact eReplacementparts. Most of tools should be fixed to replace common wear and tear parts.
