Opened old chuck all the way. Removed the left handed thread locking screw in the center of the chuck. Chucked up L shaped allen wrench in drill to break old chuck loose and unscrew (right handed thread). Reversed procedure to install new chuck. (apply small amount of blue locktite on center locking screw).
