I use my lock mortise daily to cut mortises in doors for mortise locks. The lock nut and adjusting knob were worn , and very hard to turn. I found Replacement Parts on the internet. You had the exact parts, fit and work perfectly. The price was fair. Much better to find the parts, and do the repair myself. They were very easy to replace,
