This armature is an authentic Milwaukee replacement part manufactured for use with magnetic drill presses. The special service armature is one of the main components of the electric motor that contains windings, commutator bars, and a cooling fan. Over time the armature can overheat causing the wiring to melt, or the commutator bars can break. This armature is available as an individual replacement part, please note the bearings are available separately.
