1. Unscrewed two screws used to secure the switch plate
2. Pull wires off the switch, noting which wire goes where.
3. Using a small flat blade screwdriver, press down on the retainer clip (2 on top and 2 on bottom of switch housing to release them, the push the switch through the metal plate to get it out.
4. Put the ne w switch through the metal plate until the retainer clips click into plate.
5. Attach the wires to the switch in the spots they were on the old switch.
6. Put the switch assembly back in place on the drill press body.
7. Install the two retaining screws and tighten by hand.
