Cut the old clamp off with the wire cutter. Used a phillips screw diver to widen the new hose. Once approximately 1/2 in of the hose was stretched I slide the new hose on and tightened the new clamp down securing the hose to the drain cleaner.

Removed the old footswitch and replaced with the new one. Hose was tight on the fitting so had to stretch it by inserting needle nose pliers in the opening. Once the hose was stretched slightly, it went right on over the fitting. Tightened the hose clamp to secure the hose over the fitting.
